PreciousOne ("the App"), listed on Google Play as PreciousOne by PreciousOne Daily,
is a Christian spiritual companion developed and operated by Peace Bennett Ministries.
Your trust matters deeply to us. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used,
who helps us provide the App, and how you can delete your data.
In short: you can use most of PreciousOne without an account. If you sign in with Google or Apple,
we store your account details and what you choose to save so it follows you across devices.
We never sell your data and we do not show advertising.
Want to delete your data? Jump to deletion steps.
1. Information We Collect
If you sign in with Google or Apple (optional)
Your name and email address. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, we receive only the private address Apple gives us, never your real one.
Your profile photo, if you sign in with Google
A unique user ID provided by Google or Apple
The date you joined, your daily streak, last visit date and prayer count
What you create or save while signed in (stored in our database)
Journal entries — saved to your account so they sync across your devices
Prayer Wall posts — the text of your prayer request, plus your name and profile photo unless you choose to post anonymously. Prayer Wall posts are public: anyone who opens the Prayer Wall can see them. We also record which signed-in members tapped "praying" on a post.
Progress — your reading plan and School of Ministry progress
School of Ministry registration — the full name for your certificate, your email, your country and your church
Kept only on your device
The first name you type into the App for your greeting
Mood check-ins, testimonies, prayer history and weekly stats
Journal entries written while you are not signed in
Your preferences (language, Bible translation, dark mode)
This information stays in your device's storage. It is removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall it.
Usage information (analytics)
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to see which screens are opened and which features are used, so we
can tell what is actually helping people. This includes the screens you visit, a few feature events
(for example, opening a devotional), basic device and browser information, an app-instance identifier
and your approximate region (derived from your IP address). Analytics is not linked to your name,
email or account, and it never includes anything you write.
Notifications (only if you turn them on)
If you allow daily blessings, our notification provider OneSignal stores a push subscription ID and basic
device and browser information so it can deliver them. You can turn this off at any time from your Profile
or your device settings.
Faith-related information
Because PreciousOne is a Christian app, some of what you share — prayers, journal entries, Prayer Wall posts,
or the church you list when registering for the School of Ministry — may reveal your religious beliefs.
We use this only to provide the features you choose to use, and we never sell it or use it for advertising.
2. AI Features
PreciousOne uses artificial intelligence to generate devotionals, prayers, affirmations and pastoral responses.
When you use features such as Pray With Me, The Shepherd and pastor chats, personal prayer, emergency prayer,
monthly prayer declarations or your weekly report, what you type (and, where a feature is personalised, your
first name or a summary of your moods and activity) is sent to Anthropic to generate a response.
Text that is read aloud to you is sent to ElevenLabs or OpenAI to create the audio.
OpenAI is also used to create background images for blessings; no personal information is sent for that.
We do not store your AI conversations on our servers, and they are not linked to your account.
These providers process the data to return a response to you under their own privacy terms
(Anthropic,
OpenAI,
ElevenLabs).
3. How We Use Your Information
To provide the App's features and personalise your experience
To sign you in and keep your saved content, journal and progress in sync across devices
To show your Prayer Wall posts to the community
To issue your School of Ministry certificate
To send daily reminders, only if you opt in
To understand which features help people, so we can improve the App
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Services That Help Us Run PreciousOne
We rely on these trusted providers. They process data on our behalf only to deliver their service:
Google Firebase — sign-in, database storage and analytics
Google and Apple — confirm who you are when you choose to sign in with them
Anthropic — AI-generated prayers, devotionals and responses
OpenAI and ElevenLabs — text-to-speech audio (OpenAI also generates blessing images)
OneSignal — push notifications, only if you opt in
API.Bible (American Bible Society) — Bible text, audio and search. Search words you enter are sent to API.Bible.
Cloudinary — hosting for worship music and audio
Vercel and Render — website and server hosting. Like any website, they receive standard technical information such as your IP address when the App loads.
5. Security
All data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections, and account data is stored on Google Firebase's
secure infrastructure.
6. How Long We Keep Data
Account data and saved content are kept for as long as your account is active, or until you delete them.
Prayer Wall posts stay visible until you delete them or delete your account.
AI conversations are not stored by us.
Analytics data is kept in aggregated form by Google Analytics under its standard retention settings.
When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
7. Deleting Your Data
Delete specific data without deleting your account
You can delete any of these at any time in the PreciousOne app. The deletion is immediate and permanent.
Saved blessings, saved words, saved affirmations and liked songs — open Profile → My Journey and tap the delete or remove icon on the item.
Prayer Wall posts — open the Prayer Wall, find your post and tap delete.
Journal entries — open Profile and tap Clear All Journal Entries. This clears your journal from your device and your account.
Notifications — switch off Daily Blessings in Profile.
Anything else — email preciousonedaily@gmail.com from the address on your account and tell us what you would like removed.
Delete your account and all associated data
Open PreciousOne and go to Profile.
Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete My Account.
Confirm, and sign in with Google or Apple again if asked.
Or email preciousonedaily@gmail.com from the address on your
account with the subject "Delete my account", and we will delete it for you.
What gets deleted: your name, email, profile photo and user ID; your journal; your Prayer Wall posts;
your saved blessings, words, affirmations and liked songs; your reading plan and School of Ministry progress and
registration; and your streak and activity history. All of it is permanently removed within 30 days.
What is kept: nothing that identifies you. Analytics data was never linked to your account and
remains only in aggregated form. Information stored on your device stays there until you clear the App's data
or uninstall it.
8. Your Rights
You can ask us to:
Tell you what personal information we hold about you
Correct information that is inaccurate
Delete some or all of your data, as described above
PreciousOne is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will
delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will appear on this page with a new "Last updated" date,
and we will let you know in the App about significant changes.
